The doctors and staff here go above and beyond. More than once they have worked me in last minute when I had issues with small debris in my eye. From the doctors to the front desk staff everyone has been amazing for years. I even had an issue where I broke both my prescription glasses and sunglasses and had to do the warranty replacement. Well some may find annoying that replacing lenses after damaging frames can take time I appreciate how thorough they are here to make sure everything is properly fit. Even more impressive was when there was a back order issue from the manufacturer the office gave me a pair of loaner frames at no cost just to help me out. Additionally they're communication is excellent as they gave me regular updates as to what was going on when there were issues with my warranty replacement.

I highly recommend getting the warranty for your glasses as they will replace the lenses if you get the anti-scratch coverage and they get scratched anyways. I'm quite rough on my glasses and have used the coverage so many times with zero issues or cost.

As far as insurance goes, I have what I consider bad/ cheap insurance, as I had to go and purchase it myself, and I've never had any issues here. The staff is great about making sure they know exactly what they can do for me and what my cost will be so there are no surprises.

Also the doctors here are always learning about the newest latest and greatest for everything involving your eyes. They have a great range of frames and lens options as well so that you can truly take care of your eyes.

Dr. Stella Lau is such an AMAZING Eye Doctor who is very detailed, knowledgeable, informative, careful, caring, professional, and very well equipped so patients can get proper diagnosis and feedback along with educated suggestions and recommendations. I only go to see her for myself and my family and I always recommend anyone to allow her to check their eyes before they go anywhere else. She is very honest, well educated, intelligent, good hearted and knows her stuff! I love her! Thank you Dr. Stella Lau and staff for always making me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable! We also appreciate how you always go out of your way to accommodate us, even when you are extremely busy or booked out for months!! Thank you!!!
